A NOVEL USER EXPERIENCE FOR PREGNANCY DETECTION (PATENT PENDING)
Introducing meaning to pregnancy detection
Pregnancy testing is often an anxious moment, filled with uncertainty and second-guessing. Traditional tests ask women to decipher faint lines or trust impersonal digital symbols, turning a deeply personal experience into a confusing and stressful task. This invention reimagines that moment by speaking a language the body already understands, one that feels natural, intuitive, and unmistakably human.
Instead of abstract indicators, the device takes the form of an adult female figure and reflects two of the most universally recognized physical signs of pregnancy: a gentle swelling of the abdomen and a subtle enlargement of the breasts. These visual cues mirror real-world changes, allowing users to instantly grasp the result without interpretation or doubt. The design removes ambiguity, replacing it with clarity that feels familiar and reassuring.

A VEHICLE HAILING DEVICE WITH ANIMATED GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE (PATENT PENDING)
Breaking a 100-year tradition with "The Ellen"
Hailing a taxi has remained largely unchanged for more than a century across Africa. Passengers stand at the roadside, stretching out a hand, pointing fingers, or using improvised gestures in hopes that a passing driver will stop.
This method is inefficient. Drivers slow down traffic to negotiate destinations. Even at night, hand gestures become invisible. Furthermore, urgent trips, medical, family, or safety-related, are indistinguishable from routine rides.
To break this 100+ year tradition, I have invented “The Ellen”, named after the first female president in Africa. Ellen is a portable, lightweight signaling tool that uses unique color-shape combination to allow passengers clearly communicate their destination before a taxi ever slows down.
